SEO improvements for 3 sites

We have three websites that require some SEO work. I cannot disclose the site urls.

Site 1 is a brand new ecommerce site. We will use Raven tools to assist with this. Will require :

a) on site audit issues fixes (our developers can do the technical (PHP related) fixes you do the content/meta tag, visibility etc fixes) and you check/test they are done to ensure audit issues are all resolved - generate a before and after report to show differences for the customer to see
b) Set up google analytics on the site
c) keyword research and implementation of keywords (10 phrases) to the site's content on pages with approval from the site owner
d) generation of report that the customer can understand (using Raven)
e) Recommend one off site action (not paid adverts) that could be done to start to generate meaningful traffic to the site and to then do this action
f) recommendations for the next SEO requirements, what are the most beneficial things that need doing next?

Site 2 is a site that is 8 years old and is in competitive market. We essentially need the same doing as site 1 above for this except for item b).

Site 3 is a site that is about 2 years old. We have previously run Raven reports and have completed a lot of the on-site Raven audit fixes for issues already. We need

a) improved keyword research and recommendations how the keywords are used
b) a Raven report update to show the change in the last quarter and to make recommendations for the next quarter.
