I have created a document with all the text in to use to do this. Please can you add the relevant bits of information to the right section. I think this is 6 hours work at ten mins per insertion. This allows for breaks. We are wanting to list for free... so please can you notify me if any of these expect to be paid.

Different sites require different amounts of information. I have created a word doc with all that in see attached.
