Google AdWords campaign review

Hi, I have recently set up a Google AdWords campaign for which my ad quality is average to poor. Looking for an AdWords expert to get an understanding of my business and review the 5 campaigns and the landing page etc, then make the necessary improvements to raise the ad quality and overall success of the campaigns (and explain to me what improvements were made).

Also if you\'re able to advise and implement SEO improvements that would be a bonus.
