Someone to review my PPC campaigns for 2 companies and provide a successful startedgy with budgets and ROI/ KPIs.

I need detailed plan and what to do, I will pay extra for that person to also tutor me and show me how I can make changes.

We need to seriously improve our conversion rates and get a better ROI.

If the person is very detailed and clear I will be looking to hire them on a 12 month contract paying £200 a month to monitor and manage the account.
