Person with proven results to assist my web site with Seo meta tags, linking etc

Hi
I am about to get a web site built (do you build web sites?) when this site is up and running I require it to get up the rankings as much as possable in google etc.
You must be skilled in this work and be able to offer proven results.
The services we offer are Lawn cutting, gardening, landscaping and pressure cleaning of drives, patios etc
I do not want PPC
Work is within a 10 mile radius of Preston Lancashire.
Please do not send a template letter out full of computer industry jargain that means nothing to me,
I have not put a price in, you tell me, I have never paid for this service before, if you can also build the web site let me have a price and samples of compleated web sites.
