Google Adwords - Small Targeted PPC Campaign

I would like a small targeted PPC campaign to be deployed using Google Adwords for one of our websites (see attachment).

We do not have a Google Adwords account, therefore would like companies who have their own Google Adwords account to bid to make this process a lot easier.

We require a small targeted campaign in just the BRISTOL area and that is it. We will give more details which will help ad creation to the successful bidder.

We know how small this campaign is and the amount of effort etc that will be needed therefore exaggerated and ridiculous bids will be deleted.
