Google AdWords optimisation

Hi there I work for a gym in Singapore, we have a range of paid search campaigns and display ads running across Google. I am looking for someone to optimise these campaigns on a weekly basis to ensure we are achieving top of the page, on-top of all best performing keywords in our sector and that our campaigns are always working as hard as possible.

This would be half an hour work a week, please contact me only for on-going support. May need additional keyword analysis / research as a bi-monhtly project.
