Adwords and Google Marketing Review

I am looking for someone that can review our Google Adwords and Marketing campaigns that we currently have running due to our current campaigns constantly getting rejected or disapproved for either "unreliable claims" or not "eligible"
We are a a fully authorised UK based Financial Services Company who have two companies that we are trying to promote.
Our current marketing company are based in the USA so we are looking at whether this could be a factor for all these problems.
