I need someone in south america to find & send 1000 emails

I'm looking for a freelancer from the eastern time zone , i.e south america.

1. I need someone or a team who can get data (company name, contact name and email) on helicopter rentals, bar owners, plastic surgeons , home security, life insurance, architects ,e.t.c

2. I want someone to be able to email the company with our sales pitch with the contact name . we want to aim to send 500 emails a day.
