Convert A5 PDF into eShot using Send in Blue

Hi all

I have an A5 PDF advert a customer would like converting into an e-Shot

We use SendInBlue to send our eMarketing campaigns

I need the eShot to be compatible with Outlook 2000 - Outlook 2013, GMail, Yahoo Mail, Apple Mail, Android (Latest Version). The eShot should also display nicely / responsively on mobile devices.

I can send a preview of the eShot to interested freelancers. I need this ideally today, but tomorrow /Wednesday if not
