We sell our protective cases to Schools, Hospitals, and Companies in over 50 countries around the world and have been in business since 2011.

IMPORTANT - We are not an e-commerce brand if you only have experience doing B2C email marketing this is not the position for you. We are looking for a hyper-focused B2B email marketing person with amazing english copywriting skills.
Position Overview:
The email marketing specialist is responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of all email marketing programs, optimization of lead nurturing, lead scoring, and automation to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness.
This means owning all key job functions & work activities aimed at generating new sales qualified leads (at the top of the funnel) that are then handed over to the NutKase Sales Territory Managers to run through the middle & bottom of the funnel. The primary ways demand generation will take place is through a hyper-focused email marketing focused on nurture, drip, newsletters, sales emails.
Major Objectives & Key deliverables
Own outbound marketing campaigns to increase B2B sales and increase lead generation
Develop and manage outbound sequences and drip campaigns for outreach to prospects (cold & warm leads in our database), existing customers (with the support of Customer Retention), leads that already have samples, and channel partners
Work alongside the Head of sales to execute the outbound marketing campaigns
Develop taylor made email marketing campaigns based on the following criteria:
Geographical location (Territory/State campaign targeting prospects in our key states; a campaign focused only on IT Directors in Indiana)
IMPORTANT: You will be creating, executing, and managing on average between 5 and 15 live ongoing hyper-focused email marketing campaigns similtaneously
Stage of Funnel (Email campaigns specifically targeting leads who are in the middle of the funnel and have already received samples but not purchased)
Existing Customers (Working alongside the customer retention manager, execute an email marketing campaign focused on existing customers who have purchased from us for the past 2 years in a row and target them with a focused campaign to ask for referrals)
Generate is 50-100 sales qualified leads per month that can be handed over to the Sales
Territory Managers
Sub Objectives
Own the hands-on execution of all email and lifecycle marketing campaigns (building & sending emails, pulling audience segments, a/b testing & reporting)
Own the end-to-end data-infrastructure of Mailchimp/Odoo across existing platform tools including design, development, and execution of changes
Engage in the day-to-day maintenance and coordination with external departments, regarding the compilation, aggregation, and list distribution for campaigns from Mailchimp/Odoo
Document daily operational workflow and marketing automation best practices to ensure proper list management, data quality, list hygiene and campaign optimization
Develop prospect targeting, segmentation, and communication strategies to maximize the conversion rate
Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey
Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and customer loyalty
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and revenue pacing to stakeholders
Oversight of nurture campaign activity - tracking, reporting, and closing the loop with Sales teams
Generate awareness of NutKase offerings resulting in warmer leads that can be converted quickly
