Need a good all rounder to help out with content / editing

I am looking for a good all-rounder to help out with client work. I am really looking for someone who can start/assist a lot of the project work and do the initial drafting, rather than someone to manage a project to completion.

Role will include, blog copy, some Canva work, newsletter drafts, client interaction etc.

I need someone part-time, but very keen to take on a full-time freelancer if the right person applies.
