Content writer to my website & write social media’s posts.

I am searching for a content writer to help add new content to my website, write social media’s (Facebook, Linked-in) posts, and preferably also the posts graphics.

Drill down to what I need:
1. Website: 1000-1500 more words in total (to be added to all pages)
2. Social media’s posts: 15-20 posts talking about the website features (with the link's to the different pages and hashtags). You can submit in a CSV (office excel format in a chart)
* It will be an advantage if you can also create the photos (graphics) for all posts. See older posts as references.
