I have reviewed your portfolio and skills, and I'm interested in talking with you further. I'm new to OneCloud and working on the go to market strategy, including a new website and collateral set. We're in a pretty tight timeline so I wanted to reach out and see what your availability is, as well as let you know how I typically work with designers, and see if you think this is a match. We're eager to get started. We need a mix of skills/resources, mostly design (web, print collateral, perhaps videos if that's within your skillset or we can work with another resource for that, etc.). Please see the info below and let me know your thoughts.

We have set a deadline of 1/31 to get the new website up and an initial collateral set out. We will follow that with more work, such as logo, videos, and more. Looking at your portfolio, it seems you can potentially help us with a number of these things, which would be fabulous as you will already be familiar with our messaging, what we are trying to achieve with the brand, existing designs in use, etc.

First, website. Given the timelines and that we will continue to expand the website after 1/31, our preference is to work with an existing theme rather than go the custom development route. Below are the themes we are looking at and a couple of my notes along with them. I'm kind of leaning away from Appic now, but I kept it in the list. Would like to know your thoughts on any of these.

· We already own this one: (slider comes with)

· Perfecti!frame/?product=perfecti_wp (slider comes with)

· Appic (requires additional purchase of slider)

· OptimaSales (slider comes with)

I have the nav and general layout in draft form (wireframe basically). That said, when I work with a designer, I can get about 75-80% there but I like to share my ideas and prefer for you to come back to me with your thoughts. I may think about a slider or a parallax in an area for example, or 3 or 4 column layout for a section, but the designer may come back to me and suggest something that works better for the message/information I'm trying to convey. Also from a design perspective, that something doesn't work...there are too many column switches, or the layout of these pieces next to each other don't work and something else would work better. Does this make sense?

I also rely on a designer to suggest images that work well with the information, messaging and design. These can be stock (which we would purchase when final decision to use them is made) or in some cases, might be custom developed or photos you may take yourself. These assets can then be leveraged across various collateral such as website and sellsheets.

Additionally, I would need a resource to install WordPress, Google Analytics, etc., test it, make sure it's all working properly. I will test also, but need this resource to do it first.

Before I get into it much further, can you share your thoughts on the above? Is this within the realm of work you do? Do you have the availability to meet the timelines? Would this be fixed price or hourly? Rates? Any other comments or questions you have are great.

I look forward to hearing from you.
