I need a very simple website built in Wordpress. I already have the domain name and a host (I use and they have got Wordpress installed already. I can arrange access to the cPanel. I want a pretty simple site, along the lines (design-wise) of and (but nicer design!)

Five basic sections I want:

1. Home-page
with news stories across two columns, plus some nice side-bar stuff - search, newsletter sign-up, hot topics (from forum), polls, some banner ad-space for some charities i support and google ads too (for a small revenue i hope!).

2. Blogs
Different pre-approved contributors (including the Admin) will be given the rights to publish blog posts (including one or more images of their choice). New blog posts will automatically appear on the home page.

3. Forum
A standard online forum where people must open an account to post. Full admin control as per vBulletin or IP.Board but ideally using a free open source alternative.

4. Events Calendar
An online calendar, controlled by admins, showing three months at a time. (see here for an example:mail&utm_source=email) - LIST VIEW.
A form underneath the calendar where people can send event details to Admins. A button just above the calendar which says \"add an event\" and clicking on it takes visitor to the form underneath the calendar.

5. Shop
This is not a high-priority. Simple shop where Admins can add products - image, description, price, p&p price - and charge via Google checkout.

I\'m happy for this to be built in Wordpress as a lot of designers have recommended that as a stable and simple CMS. Please contact me to let me know likely timescale and approximate costs?
