Experience Level: Expert

I run a couple of web development agencies and seem to have taken on a bit too much work. So, I'm looking for someone to convert a site design for me (PSD's) to valid XHTML/ CSS.

I cannot express the importance enough... Code MUST validate, and MUST contain the relevant tags for SEO purposes, such as H1/ H2 title tags etc.

The final site MUST also display correctly in all major browsers. IE6 support is NOT required.

I'm a web developer myself, so I'll be checking code for any validation errors before payment is released.

I need nice, clean, well-commented code, and I'm also looking for a quick turnaround. That said, I am realistic. I'm hoping to have it completed by 5pm on Friday, which means you'd have 2 days to do the job (if you get your bid in early)...

I'll be reviewing all bids at around 10am today (Thursday).

Please do not bid if you cannot start right away, and do not bid if you cannot code cleanly to W3C standards.

Attached is a jpg of the homepage so you can see the work involved. There are 8 PSD's in total which all follow the same structure as the homepage, but with different content (text, and a couple of different images).

2 of the inner pages have forms- a login form on one, and a registration form on another. None of the forms need to be functional... I'll be handling the programming side of things myself.

I've been let down by 2 freelancers already with this job - so please, only bid if you're fluent in HTML/ CSS (possibly jQuery for the top animation) because I'm now very limited to the time I have to complete the job.

Please be sure to let me know how long you'll need to complete the job when submitting your bid.

I'll be available on Skype, email, or telephone from about 5am until about 11pm, so I'm easily contactable should you require any info from me.

Ideally, I'd like to see some examples of sites you've coded, so please provide links along with your bid.

For the right person, this could lead to ongoing work on a regular basis.

P.s. I'll provide the fonts, and if you're not sure how to embed them using (E.g.) @Font-face, I can show you how, or even do it for you.
