I'm looking to set up a food ordering website, users will be able to purchase food online, the order will be sent through via sms/fax to the company, and commission will be taken from each order.

initially though the website will be a directory type websites, where the business that offer food delivery will be listed. If they later sign up to deliver food through the website that facility can be added for them.
As I mentioned before we want to a site similar to Our Requirements are:

1- Full postcode search , and displaying restaurants just covering that specific postcode. Show the restaurant open or closed , and warning message if it is closed . Advance booking and choose time for delivery.
2- Restaurants log in securely and update their menus , logos and special offers.
3-E-commerce , clients will have the option to pay online or on delivery.
4-Once the customer put the order , this order will sent to restaurant via e-mail , fax or text.
5-Customer logging facility where they can see their previous orders and see total points collected.
6-Restaurants can top up their accounts online , and commission will be deducted once a customer put an order, and restaurant will see their account history.
7-Discount vouchers , automatic deduction on the total order.
8- Gift page where clients redeem their points to gifts.
9- Any seo service included in the quote.
10- Is there any other extras we need to pay once the project finished.
Before we move forward I would like to double check these issues with you , and we want to get this job started as soon as possible once we find the right company. Time to finish the project and any monthly payment plan option will have a big impact on our final decision
