Description
Experience Level: Expert
The brief is to 1) implement a new colour scheme, 2) apply 4 x new fonts and 3) modify some graphic layout items on a developing Wordpress site built using the WhiteHouse Pro theme template.
This is not a full site design, but simply a limited customisation of a site under development. But it does need to be done quickly (!) with first draft completed by Monday 30th August and (up to 3) iterations finished a week later. Payment milestones are 50% on completion of first draft and 50% on completion following the iterations.
Details of the brief are:
Implement a new colour scheme
The brand culture is one of \"serious fun\" and should be like a \"feminine McKinsey\" - as per the global consulting firm!
Implement a new colour scheme by modifying CSS and modifying the themes graphic pagesprite elements (these are jpg or png files) to change colours but retain gradient. This needs to be implemented across all site graphic objects, fonts, navigation, buttons and all other site elements.
The colour palette should use the following CMYK: C23M20Y25 | M53 | C35M85 | C50Y90 | C60M100K10. The grey should be used in big blocks as background colouring. The pink again should be used only as an accent colour where the other colours may play a stronger part in text headings, breakout boxes, accent features etc. green. Using the green of the palette sparingly, as an accent colour. Palette details are at: ref: http://desktoppub.about.com/od/colorpalettes/l/blcppurple.htm).
the bottom nav bar box (sub navigation section) should should be white with grey text.
Implement the new colour scheme in the 'welcome, themes, thank you' boxes.
Implement the new colour scheme in the main featured content gallery, retaining gradients.
The colour scheme needs to be implemented throughout the nav bar including drop-downs, roll-overs, on-clicks and sub-page navigation.
Implement the colour scheme across all the theme's page templates, modifying graphic elements as required.
Implement font possibilities. Set up four test pages using dummy text and apply a different font to each. These should be a) the current site font b) Arial c) callibri and d) century schoolbook. Serif font is fine for headings if necessary to link with the logo font.
Layout
I expect three iterations/reviews to be included in the price this into the quote.
