We are looking for a front end web developer to work on a style sheet for an existing ASP.NET web site, based on the open source nopCommerce ecommerce platform.

The existing style sheet is tidy, but margins and padding are inconsistent, and the site lacks a proffessional feel.

We are ourselves a software development company but are a little too busy to complete this task to the standard, and within the time scale we would like.

The successful developer will need to be familiar with .NET, as we will supply site source code (.NET, C# backed project) and a backup of a small SQL database so that you can set up the project in your dev environment. We will supply brief installation and configuration instructions, though the projects in a tidy state and shouldn't cause you much trouble to set up. The style sheet is set up as a ASP.NET theme, but this is simply a folder containing css and images.

You should be aware that because this is a fully functional ecommerce site, there could be up to 20 different views / pages (Shopping cart, project views etc) that the style sheet will apply too, although the way the site is designed with CSS classes reused throught the site, so this is probably not as much work as it sounds. It would be useful if you can set the site up to work with your own payment gateway - such as PayPal express so you can test the checkout pages with sandbox / penny payments. This is quite easy to set up through an admin area on the site.

The current style sheet has had basic adjustments made from a nopCommerce template.

It is key to us that the style sheet should be created in such away that we can easily reuse it for new company web sites, with a simple replace of a logo image and a find and replace for hex colour codes that are used for the 3 or 4 colour scheme.

You should be aware that the style sheet needs to be created in a generic style, based on just 3 or 4 colours, with any background images being in a neutral colour so that the sheet can be ported to new sites without having to reproduce multiple images.

We will want any contributing works (.psd etc) files etc to be available and fully licenced to us. We will pay a deposit of up to 25%, and the balance on delivery of all resources associated with the style sheet.

Please respond with your quote, time to complete, and examples of other web sites you have yourself styled.

We would prefer bids from people who are freelancing full time, as we are looking for contacts who can take on work of this kind in the

We look forward to hearing from you!
