We are looking for a Joomla expert to assist with some site amendments, including:
1) Removing unnecessary steps from our checkout process. For example, there is no need to be making our new users sign up for an account first. We need to remove this barrier.
2) As payments are processed through PayPal it is unnecessary for us to be asking the customer about their address. This step should also be removed.
3) We need to provide thumbnail images of the products in their cart, with links back to the product pages.
4) We need to tidying up our design so that adding a product to the cart is not a 3-stage process. With solutions the customer has to pick the DHA level, and then the bottle size, but must this necessarily be a multi-stage process? Would like to hear your ideas on how this process can be improved, because 30% of visitors to our solutions pages are clicking \"buy now,\" 95% of those then go on to pick their DHA level, but when it comes to the final step of then picking their bottle size, 100% of users abandon their shopping cart at this step. What is your solution to this problem?
