I want a creative, experienced and COMPETENT web designer for a CV / Resume website project. This website will be for an Educator / Trainer with a marketing background. His training expertise is primarily on Climate Change / Sustainability. This will be a WordPress site with the pages below:

2. Experience - Content to be Provided
3. Skills - Content to be Provided
4. Blog - Content to be Provided
5. Contact Information - Content to be Provided

I will provide you with some photos so that there is a balance between text and images. You must provide recommendations on the website theme, plug-ins, and other technical specifications.
