Website designer

I would like a professional looking website for my company Lynton Nursing Agency Limited. We are a Nursing agency providing nurses, healthcare assistants to nursing homes and hospitals in London and the home counties. I would like our clients to be able to view and download our rates, terms and conditions etc. I would also like our temps to be able to download an application form, fill it in and upload again. We do not have a large budget and are not looking for anything \"flash\" but a simple user friendly website. Healthcare is a serious business and the website must reflect this, although it does not mean it has to be dull. Many thanks
