Please can you give me a quote on the following service.

I offer a chauffeur service in United Kingdom I already have a website which is a bit old and in need of updating

I have a idea of what kind of new website I'm looking for I need someone to put together my idea's

I like to maintain my website myself so will not need hosting service from the person that is building the website I would expect to be able just to upload all the files etc... Onto my hosting myself easily ( I use webfusion for my host ) but I still would like to have the option time to time to be able to contact the person building my site if I need any work done to the website......

Ok this is what I would like someone to create for me

1) Online instant quotation system
2) Online booking service with 3 payment options PAYPAL, CASH, ACCOUNT with confirmation back to client that booking is confirmed.
3) Easy control panel for me to make changes to the website and prices and add more pages if needed.
4) website with time and date
5) images of cars beside the quote price
6) secure registration and Login page for regular clients with shorter booking form because we have most of there information ( just so client can complete his booking request faster) this is more for the account customers.
7) Also what ever you think will make the website look and work well.....

For now this is the service I require I do have more ideas but I have a budget, the purpose of this new website is more for my regular customer so I can make it easier for them to book online and not each time to complete booking forms by registering then most details would be displayed when logged in.

While looking on the web I came across a few websites and thought would help and have attached as examples for you to see what I'm looking for you to build.
