Website build / design

Hi,

I am looking to get a small website built for a start up company - perhaps 4 pages maximum. Also need a hosting solution - this needs to be functional and clear in design.

Content will be static so it doesn't matter that I have access to update etc - already own the url. All content ie text can be provided by me (or you if this speeds up the process - I'm sure you know what makes a good website or not). Also looking for basic seo work and submittal to search engines for the first time.

let me know if you need any clarification on any points - looking to get it completed and 'live' on the web asap.
