Usability Website for "No Excuse"

What I need done:

I need a website designed for my No Excuse campaign. It should contain all the important information about understanding more about people with disability who need help with communication and many more, about me, disability discrimiation act 2004, (brand name on hats, caps, bags, wallet, and many more, paid by paypal or worldpay), and some spaces for advertising.

I've already bought a domain name called noexcuse.org.uk from 123-reg.co.uk.

I expect no more than 8 pages in all, inc.copy-writing the whole pages.

I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a deaf awareness training in my geography.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing usability websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.

Timeframe for delivery:
