Tidy up & make more useable an existing Word Press site

We are a small start up mobile game development studio. We have a Word Press website/blog & content already and would like this tied up and made to look more professional and easy to navigate. We’re currently using a template we quite like for the layout, which you would be free to change to another pre-existing template, although we don’t have enough funds to pay for our own customised template at this time.

Features we need:

(You would not need to create any content for these pages, just rearrange the content already there or create placeholder blank pages where content does not exist.

We'd like this work done by around the end of July, and can pay £150 - £180. This should be a very quick job for an experienced Word Press user. Candidates must have excellent English. Thanks!
