Small site re-build, JOOMLA

this was built with a template supplied by the hosting comapny. As a result the site lacks good design, and some functionality.
The new site should include the following:-
- all existing text and photo pages
- a chat forum
- booking and availibility form leading to a payment process
- improved map link
- page for additional products for sale

The following should all be maintainable by the user:
- products
- prices
- text changes
- calender and availibility
- photos

Design....
- idealy the developer will add some design expertise to the project
