Redesign Front Page of small web site

Redesign, Modernise and make more simple the Front Page of a small web site that sells a customised product that helps companies comply with government rules and regulations. I am looking for a single very professional entry page in html (without the use of style sheet) that I can tweak and update the text in the future. I am expecting a couple of rough layout choices that are Clean, Tidy and most importantly Informative before setteling on a final design.
