New Website needed

Hi All,

I have decided that I need a brand new website. My current website is struggling for obvious reasons.

I have specific requirements for my new website and I already have hosting and domain registration. I believe that I need a content management system so I can maintain and update my website myself, that includes being able to upload images, videos, text, as well as being able to add/edit/delete pages.

Unfortunately my maximum budget is £300-£350, I repeat my max budget is £300-£350, ideally finding someone local in Birmingham or the West Midlands would be fantastic as I would like to create a long lasting partnership and possibly come to some arrangement where I can offer your services via my new website. I often have clients ask me for new websites and I often say that I cannot help. I have a client waiting at the moment for a new website which I can offload onto whoever can do a good job for me. I am not looking for an established company to give me a quote just a passionate individual who would be interested in growing his income along with me, I am planning to really invest on marketing RKD Films services over the next year and if I can add web design to its arm then I am positive that I can find as much work for you as well as myself.

This is what I require, please let me know your turnaround including design, build, testing and amends:



This is on homepage
1. using existing logo.
2. Need more flash on homepage and more accessible to change my website and add pages.
3. Need flash TV screen which plays a video automatically but with the options for clients to pick 5 videos that I can change and update.
4. About us Text- which I can update
5. Services text -- which I can update
6. Flash scrolling or rolling testimonials which I can add to and plays randomly???
7. Contact with email
8. Able to add Facebook link, twitter, linked in, you tube, and as many as I need.
9. Need to be able to add images and business link approved logo etc.

Pages I need -- need to be able to delete and change these pages including meta tags etc,improve seo and Google Analytics:
1. Home page
2. Services page -- corporate, promotional, charity, live events, Youth, Web videos, Mobile phone vids, free services such as pre production, scripting, dvd rom, web files, mobile phone files etc, prices
3. Portfolio -- showcase all my videos with descriptions
4. Duplications and transfers with prices
5. Marketing services -- blue tooth marketing, property marketing etc
6. Graphic design? Menu designs?, DVD sleeves etc and prints
7. Web design if you would like more work
8. Contact us and other links maybe
9. Terms and conditions

In the future I want to have the accessibility to be able to add maybe a tv page and film page and maybe more. Each page should give me the capability to add text at different font sizes, images, flash screen and links. I also want the ability to delete pages above if I do not need them and I need the finished website on a disc as well it being uploaded.
