Description
Experience Level: Expert
Kind of design: Custom website
Num. of web pages: 8
Description of every page: Home page = https:liklebid.com
This s the introductory page which should give prospective members the USP of the site and enough insight and incentive to join and become a member.
Registration Process = https://liklebid.com/user/register
This s based on two main forms
Auctions = https:liklebid.com/auctions
BUY BIDS (Only viewablw in logged in state) = https://liklebid.com/buy-bids
WINNERS = https://liklebid.com/winners
Auction listing (in logged in and unlogged in state) = https://liklebid.com/lowest-unique-bid/20542/20543/apple-watch
Ideas for the visual style: Single scroll, with exciting fun and trustworthy professional design templates
Things to avoid: Clutter, important to be exciting but with clear prominent calls to action
Website url: liklebid.com
Urls to draw inspiration from: Imagery layout and responsive to hover = https://www.intercasino.com/, Market leader: http://www.madbid.com/, for mobile registration structure= https://www.leovegas.com/en
Extra notes: I would like to explore the prospect of redesigning the LikleBid.com site. I would like a new and fresh approach at this stage to enhance the proposition and to communicate the USP's of the site clearer to prospective customers. Therefore if you are interested would like to get initial thoughts and examples of what you would incorporate to create an an extremely professional fun exciting trustworthy authentic safe website.
Consideration/Brief
Above all the the site should be Mobile/Tablet friendly with a high level of professionalism consistency across all pages through fonts and colours and imagery.
The key would be ensuring the site looks fun and exciting but most importantly informative throughout interaction. In addition I would like to remove .
In addition it is important that there are a range of templates with the removal of Google advertising which embraces user-generated content and auction prizes and then format these in a manner that communicates the core message and values of the site. "Little bids earn big prizes"
Home Page
I am completely open to alternative direction however at the moment I would like to keep a carousel however making it dynamic, randomised, mobile friendly like created here: https://pmc-speakers.com/keyclients
This page could use continuous scroll to provide a clear introduction to how the site works and why someone should join. Potentially using winners and how they won and what they won. Not to mention clear, slick and enticing registration form and the incentive of the bonus bid offer.
Customer journey (Site and campaign pages)
There will still be two main ways of accessing the site via a dedicated campaign page (http://liklebid.com/campaign-p/20520/19639/0) and directly through the site both of which will need to be revamped. Potentially incorporating how site works and past winners pictures to to encourage signup. However the customer journey from the point of a customer verifying their email should be standardised with clear instructions through the incorporation of "confirmation pages" which will inform, reward and obtain more information which improving engagement.
