Experience Level: Intermediate

Design details: I need a custom HTML template I can copy paste into Godaddy email newsletter management software. This is for a promo. The flyer is attached. This flyer needs to be put in the newsletter, however but not in a photo format as this needs to be spam proof, which means the text to image ratio must be low to pass the spam test.
I need this latest by Sunday evening 6pmEST. The concept photo is attached
