I need a website built using themed templates, SEO and an ipad presentation

Description of every page: BRIEF:

(i) Priority: Website

Website built as per my design via combination of two themed templates (from the same company) as a base. Being a Typographer, type is very important to me - I was hoping you could combine this: http://typecast.com with the template? I really want to use my corporate font(s) instead of being dictated to by templated fonts... I can't build websites - but I know how to design them (Previously I was a branding designer working with people such as EMI/HARRODS/BA/SKY/HONDA etc in the design industry for 10+ years) but not sure if you can use the framework/code from the template to do something a little bespoke for me? I have only made minor adjustments to the template(s). The website must be built as I have laid out. Things need to be lined up etc (bad experiences in the past!!). The files will be produced in illustrator. Price for the IA below and the website must be adaptable to ALL devices. Please also articulate realistic timeframes/delivery of the 3 jobs.

(ii) SEO

After you create a wonderful website could an SEO plan be created? Costs/monthly etc... would prefer to channel all digital works through one person for better logistics... I am a start up so need to bootstrap to an extent, but also appreciate I need to spend money to make money/create leads... but need the money spent to be especially effective in the early stages...


(iii) iPad presentation

Following the website build I would be looking for an offline ipad presentation of the website but with more examples of projects (that I worked on at my previous company but can't put on line). I can prepare all the content to the specification you would desire in the formats you want (word docs spell checked), images resized to what you specify, illustrator files set up to RGB etc

I know this differs slightly from the Nav on the layouts but 14 pages approximately (not including "partners/specialist trades page" potentially 20 pages if I have a different page for each part of the "process"... but many pages will be repeated layouts (Portfolio/Our Process etc). Not many different templates, plus you will have the original framework from the templates I will buy.

Extra notes: Please see the attachment which I hope makes it clear what I am after. I am very open to suggestions/ideas ie: somehow making it with a CMS? It can't be too flashy with too many bells and whistles as it needs to appeal to all age groups. I can get all content ready for you (please factor this into your price). Please price each job separately (in case I only go with the website). Also experience on how to set up a mailchimp type HTML email (both build, and how to set up the contact list etc)it would be helpful and something that may be a bolt on to this job.
