I need a social media Banner and my logo to be used as the profile pictures

I've just had my website re designed. www.greysquarepr.com and would now like to add my logo to my Facebook and Twitter profile pictures but am struggling as the logo is a long rectangle box. So the first part of the task is to use my logo and make it fit the profile picture boxes.

Second part of the task is to design a social media banner that can be used on the Twitter and Facebook covers. The banner must stick to my websites theme - but I would like it to be quite quirky and simple -

Please let me see examples of other banners created and do quote me for both creating the banner and profile pic.
