I need a promotional newsletter designed (MailChimp)

Design details: Hi,

I run an advertising agency and would like to create a promotional newsletters via mail chimp (I am only looking for designers not developers)

This task ahead will only be one newsletter, however I have several others newsletter that will need to be designed however I’m looking for someone who will understand the key requirements and get the work done efficiently without much changes.

(I do not want the designs via a template, looking for something unique)


Background

We focus on online advertising, delivering creatives on premium websites and also across social media platforms.

Happy to consider all ideas from to get the message across.

Please give a timeframe and approx cost on how long something like this would take, also looking for someone to work on the weekend to get the job done, once I shorten the list of proposals will surely send you some more info about requirements. etc.
