I need a professional website designer to do some updates for me.

Description of every page: I have a website designer working on design of a webbased software product for us. He is extremely busy and as we do the development we need to do some minor changes in display. What I would like is someone who can do a few hours a week for me and mockup changes. Examples right now are I want to display images larger on the left hand panel of the main screen. We think there is room. I want to make lines thinner. We will check in with the designer periodically to make sure that what we are doing fits in with the overall style but I do not want development to be held up.
Ideas for the visual style: I need the style to be consistent with our designer
