I need a professional website designer

A unique and appealing website is required to promote and sell a new product. There is only one product in one size and a sample size for those requiring a sample.
An informational website suitable with a PayPal payment integration and bank transfer payment integration is a must.
A homepage is required with an 'About PRODUCT page', a product page etc. Not much pages required but will add more products later. A contact page for wholesale distributors enquiry also is required.
Product is a hair and skin oil from Africa and used largely in Africa, USA, Europe and Asia.

The website must be responsive and help to get it on page one is necessary so SEO optimisation is necessary.
Newsletter email invitation is necessary, privacy page, terms and conditions page, social media link is also needed etc
