I am looking fir a supportive and professional touch on the website i am buiding

job-1. the cms is joomla 1.5. I want to create a page that can display the photos of staff. when you click on each photo it should slide out and display the description profile of the staff. The photos to be well organised. The page will appear when a menu item is clicked. This is my idea and i find it hard to implement in joomla. I need someone that can give me the clue or the module or whatever that will enable me implement this.

job-2: A roll over effect on homepage-i want to flip some few small size images. The images will only flip or animate stylishly when a mouse rollover it. When the image hovers or animate itself it will reveal or display a Caption which can be clicked and linked to another section of the website. No music or sound required.
