Home page redesign

I would like some elements of an existing website to be re-designed. Specifically the header, navigation and home page. Our goal is to better communicate on first glance what the company offers to its customers.

The website is http://www.makeurmove.co.uk

* Our unique selling point is that we offer landlords a free way to advertise their rental property on the UKs leading property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla, FindAProperty and many more.

* We offer tenants a powerful search tool to help them "find their perfect home".

* We offer a complete suit of landlord services including energy performance certification, gas and electrical safety.

* We provide an electronic tenancy agreement service which enables landlords to create a tenancy agreement and have their new tenants sign online. This saves them getting all their new tenants together in a room, in the presence of witnesses, to sign a piece of paper.

You will not be required to implement the HTML and work can be delivered in Photoshop format. I would imagine some sort of slide show would be used to communicate the points above using images and as few words as possible.

The new design should use the sites existing colour scheme.
