EScort Website

we are seeking a designer to create a escort website for our group of online buissness,

the website must have,

somesort of flash homepage(rolling pictures on homepage)
2 gallerys male and female
must have a admin area so we can change all pictures and info on website,
a contact page(with application for for new escorts) and a about page

the website needs to be sleek and modern( we would preffer if the designer used a template so we could agree on style,

the gallery-
when you click on the escorts picture there full profile and other pictures must come up.
for this projesct we have a very small budget and will be looking to get this website up and running asap

any help with hosting would be great.
