Design tips and improvements

Hello,

I have a website that I designed myself. It’s about two years old now. I’d like someone to take a look and offer some ideas on improving it. I’d be looking for perhaps a small report on tweaks that can improve it, and perhaps some notes on a whole new website what type of things I should include.


Like before, I do not want someone to actually make the website as I enjoyed being hands on and doing this last time - but some professional guidance would be good!

The category of the website is teacher recruitment. I need to find the balance between appealing to those looking of jobs, and those looking to pick me to post their jobs.

The focus this time has moved to be a more corporate clients, but all are schools across the world.

I need someone who is really top of their game to give me the best advice here.
