Design of single page teaser

We'd like a single page designed to capture interest for a new service; courseability.

The design needs to be responsive for mobile, tablet and desktop. We'd like the design and page to be complete in terms of responsive behavior. The framework of choice is not fixed although we have a preference for Bootstrap or Skeleton. Any server side work will be completed by us (form submission etc) as will any tracking on the page.

We have the logo designed already and we can supply this to you in any format. We have attached an example of the content that might be required and an idea of the layout but we really want your expertise to make this look appealing so please ignore any styling that might be implied here.

The page would ideally be designed in such a way that we can market the service to businesses (to advertise) and to consumers (to book courses).

The capture form, we'd want to capture the email address and contact name regardless of business or consumer.
