Design and build website

I would like a simple website designed, it will be 5 or 6 pages, with a members area. One of the pages will be a books page which will have code from amazon to sell books.
The members section will include a blog and forum. The site will have the function for members to sign up there and then paying the fee via paypal then given or choosing a secure password to get into the members area. membership will be in quarterly sections so the logins must automatically end after the membership runs out.

The website will be trading website and needs to include an option for me to up load all my trades and profits etc.

I can provide a full brief once I have drawn it up. the design needs to be smart attractive and professional.
