I'm looking for someone UK baed and skilled in CSS/HTML to produce a Style Sheet to implement onto an online quotation form. The form is generated from a database.

We will supply a flat image of what we want the form to look like style-wise. We would then need to see how this works and feels on both mobile, desktop, tablet etc.

I can explain the full project to anyone who is available to start ASAP.
