12 flat icons for website

Description of every page: iGerit is a personal development website helping people achieve their goals. It's a social media platform where users have interactive tools to help them live their dream lives.

We are looking for someone who can create 12 flat icons for us to help users navigate through the site.

These are the titles and descriptions of the icons:

Prepare (a place on the site where the user can add notes/ideas/things to do/things to think about in order to get their goals)
To do (self-explanatory, it's a to-do list in a diary).
Focus (This links to a page where you spend a couple minutes every day imagining your goal is real).
Support (A part of the site where users can connect with each other, get encouragement from the people who support their goals, and where you go to write messages to the people you support).
Plan (This is where users can set a due date for their goal, and add in milestones to break the goal down).
Achieve (This is where users can look at their past achievements)
Settings (Just want a standard settings icon for this, but same design as rest of the icons).
Share (Users can share to Social media/Email/other users)
Add idea (Users click this to add notes/ideas to their Prepare section)
Idea Help (Users can click here to get suggested ideas that can help them reach their goals).
Learn (A section of different fun courses/videos)
Community (Kind of like a newsfeed, where people can connect with each other and where all activity is shared).

We are looking for someone who can start this project ASAP, as we are working towards a deadline.
