Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Created in 2009, our brand takes the extra large effort out of extra large male fashion. The aim being to educate real men in styling, suiting and scoring.
Aimed at 16-35 year olds, this brand acts as an agony aunt, stylist and friendly alternative to the stress of finding larger sizes on the high street.
Inspiration being a rugby player friend who is 6\"4, in peak physical fitness but barely fits into a XL at Topman.
Designers needed to submit ideas for a capsule collection, with the inspiration of Topman, Asos, All Saints, River Island and Reiss styling. But catering for the larger frame. Sizes being; t-shirts/shirts collar from 16 to 20.5, chest from 46 to 58, trouser waist from 36 to 44, leg length from 30 to 38. Taking into consideration varying torso lengths (aka stocky to portly midriffs).
The brand works with cutting edge graphic designers on the website design front. Combined with social media this brand is contemporary, fresh, innovative and is an opportunity to engage with larger men, influencing their understanding of fashion - finally getting them out of the stereotypical over sized clothing. Women have Evans and plus-sized trend-led fashion, yet men have zilch. SuperBad believes this needs to change. ASAP.
Basic costs will be provided. This is going to be HUGE. A superb opportunity to begin your career in design, showcase your talent and add to your portfolio. A break that cannot be missed..
If you could send a brief few lines about your experience and perhaps images of your work, then I can contact you about meeting up and getting the ball rolling.
