Unity 3D, Android, Oculus Quest - Collaborator needed

Experience Level: Intermediate
My client creates high-end professional home theatre solutions ranging from £50k to £1m - so some serious stuff! They want a sit-down VR experience where the client can sit in real-life, put the headset on and feel as though they are in one of their home-theatre rooms. Next to them is a remote control where they can select another room and as they do so, the walls of the room rotate or morph into another type of room - the rooms will change size and shape - some smallish, some huge. Their latest solution uses dozens of LED cubes to make every surface inside a room an actual TV - the sides, the ceiling, the floor to create a rather startling effect. They also offer home theatres specifically designed for super yachts.

Their target device is the Oculus Quest, so essentially Android 19 solution. I did mention that the Vive and Rift would get better results, but they don't want wires and they want it to be mobile.

I can offer more in the way of a storyboard soon. Also, you won't be alone , we can work collaboratively on this as I can help with modelling, client liaison and billing. To begin with, do you think you can give me some idea of your costs based on this limited scope so far so that I can check if it is viable?
