Extra notes: About The Gardens at Rhinebeck:
The Gardens at Rhinebeck project (to be referred to as “The Gardens at Rhinebeck” in all materials and in all design) is an upcoming luxurious condominium project located in historic Rhinebeck, New York. The project is to consist of 76 condominium units along with an existing clubhouse.
The Gardens at Rhinebeck is a wonderful community of designed and detailed condominium homes set amidst meadows and ponds. Built for comfort, value, durability, and easy living, The Gardens at Rhinebeck enjoys an outstanding location. The Village of Rhinebeck boasts historic charm, abundant shopping, fine dining, and a number of cultural events. With New York City and Albany a comfortable Amtrak ride away, The Gardens at Rhinebeck makes for a perfect weekend getaway secret, or just a wonderful place to live and enjoy the country life.
With an old-fashioned main street, historic inns, artisanal foods and a creative community driven by art and healthy living, Rhinebeck is one of the strongest villages in the tristate area.
I have uploaded colored renderings of the proposed building design of the project. Please consider the feel and design of the buildings along with the nature and characteristics of the Village of Rhinebeck in the design of materials.

Thank you for inviting me to send a proposal.
Could you please tell me when would you like to start, and how soon do you hope to have the project (or at least the first stage of it) completed? I'm fully booked at the moment, but if you're not in a great rush, I'd be happy to help.
Seems you already have so many proposals for the job?
Can I have a change to discuss in detail regarding your complete requirement?
Would like to show you some of my recent working as well :)
What a loooong briefing! May I know your budget for this?
Hi There,Do you have color preferences?
May I ask How soon do you need this done and How much are you willing to spend on this project??
What's the deadline?
