Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I'm getting married in 10 days and my usual designer has let me down. He was due to create a whole load of material for my wedding:
2 portrait posters setting out the order of the day – measuring 50cmx40cm - these will be framed so paper quality doesn’t matter
1 sign to show people where to put cards measuring 24.5cmx30cm – this will be framed so paper quality doesn’t matter.
1 sign to highlight the phone charging station - measuring 24.5cmx30cm this will be framed so paper quality doesn’t matter.
1 sign to pimp your prosecco measuring 24.5cmx30cm this will be framed so paper quality doesn’t matter.
1 sign for the photo booth measuring 19x24cm this will be framed so paper quality doesn’t matter.
Each reading designed and printed on nice paper.
185 order of ceremonies for people’s seats, again nice paper.
185 menu cards for the tables, again nice paper.
21 table names – A5 pieces of card so that people can find their table. Text attached.
Place cards for c175 guests. The holder they’re going in measures 5.5cm long and there’s a slot about 1cm deep that the card will sit in. We just need the name of the person. Standard white card with our monogram on it.
Two seating plans on A2 or A3 (whatever fits best) foam-backed board.
Does this sound like something you could do in the timescale?
I’ve attached the monogram I’ve had made. If you could include that on the material above, that would be fab. We’ve also got a website with all the wedding info on it (https://www.appycouple.com/wedding/justinandcathy/cover/) . If you could base your designs on that, using the same typefaces, colours etc that would be great. The wedding theme is also red, so if there’s an opportunity to get red in there, then please do. And feel free to add fun touches if you think of them.
I also need help arranging printing of all this stuff too. Are you able to help with that as you know the lingo better than me? We use One Digital in Brighton, but I don’t mind if it’s someone else, so long as they can deliver to Brighton. I’ll obviously pay them direct once you’ve placed the order. Is that ok?
Let me know what you think - I appreciate there's a lot of info here. If you're happy to go ahead I can email the files to you directly.
