Hello,
I want to have for non commercial - private - use a converter able to:
- 0-24V Unregulated PV Source as Input, max. 120W/5A
- high efficient DC DC Converters: What Buck/Boost/SEPIC you choose is up to you. - maybe multiple between different components
please link to the datasheet of chosen components, like chipsets, for validation
- MPPTs - maybe multiple between different components
- supercapacitor to store slightest amounts of generated energy without loss
- battery tray for minimum 2 cells of 18650/21700 batterys to store minimum of 20Wh, if your idea is to use more cells for the design to achive different voltage ranges, go ahead
- 3-24V adjustable range output, primary use will be 12V
- IC controller managing MPPTs, internal charging and output and smart deciding how to achive maximum use of the present sun with minimal wear on the build in capacitor and batterys, so these only work as "buffer" to jump in, much like an uninterruptible power supply.
- only passive cooling
- pretty & clean layout
- as small / compact / light as possible due to on-man use
- status to be achieved: ready to produce for "prototype", no additional work like, like programming source code
Additionally:
I also would like to have case designed or the unit beeing able to fit into some commercial available case, with protection class IP54 or higher.
How I imagene this:
I want to view a few designs by different persons. If you like, I will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect your work.
I will share feedback to them and for sure new details by the experience of the other proposals with everyone, so you get the chance to rework your solution.
Payment:
I imagine to pay you for your experience, so all the time you need to research to get into that specific topic are up to you!
- finished layout design with part list, including datasheets and prices: 100USD, maybe more depending on the effort spent
- working Prototype without plugs and without a case: 200USD + materials payed
- own PCB design Prototype with a case: Lets negotiate
