Hi,
I’m looking for someone to design and build a prototype circuit for a project that my company is currently working on.
Existing components in the circuit:
6V DC Pololu motor https://www.pololu.com/product/3711
Powered by a 5xAA rechargeable
battery pack (exact battery pack TBC but likely 1800mah Ni-MH).
Note: I might upgrade the motor to a slightly more powerful model, link below. https://www.pololu.com/product/1591
Specification:
What I’m after is a circuit that is ‘on’ (i.e. motor working) for a fixed number of shaft rotations (to complete one cycle of the mechanism) and then have variable ‘off’ times in between cycles (off for controllable time between 20 seconds to 3 minutes).
I’d like the system to be as power efficient as possible to preserve battery life and in terms of physical control, either an on/off switch AND the variable time dial, or one dial to do both (potentiometer switch style).
If this is something that you’d be interested in taking on, I’d love to hear back from you.
Thanks for your consideration.
Dan
